First date

Basically, it's like this. The first thing to remember is to basically have very little expectations on the first date. The reason behind this is not because the person may be a total reject but, because if you have any expectations and the person does't live up to them you may be apprehensive about going on another date. In which case you may have just gave the boot to you potential soul mate. The second thing is to be straight forward and honest with one another. Let the other person know what's up with you. If you have any bad habits or what you think being in a relationship really means to you. Don't lead someone on if you know that you don't want a real relationship( real relationship meaning that wedding bells are a possibility if things go right). And don't try to be someone you are not. If you are a laid back guy like me well then be laid back on the date. Don't give false impressions because who ever you pretend to be is who the other person will get to know and not you. And lastly, DON'T expect any sexual touching or talking of sorts. I know us guys have a big problem with that. Many of us believe that things like kissing or caressing are a "right" after a certain amount of time. WRONG!!! Things like physical touching are not a right but a privilege or gift. Having sex is the most intimate way of getting to know someone. It is not something to be rushed into. Sure I love sex just as much as all of you but sometimes waiting makes it even better. Well if you follow those three simple rules and don't try to rush anything you should have a nice first date.
