1. TAKE YOUR TIME. Though there is a time and place for a
"quickie," if you want to build intimacy, you must take your time
during lovemaking.
Increase the anticipation by degrees until
both of you are at a fevered pitch.
2. SOFT CARESSES. Don't discount this as unimportant. It will
help you to learn your partner's body -- where the sensitive
places are; where he/she likes to be touched.
3. DON'T BE SELFISH. Concentrate on "giving" pleasure. You will
be rewarded for the effort. People who give will receive much
more in return.
4. TALK DURING LOVEMAKING. Let your love know what you want;
what feels good. Be honest. Don't say something feels good just
to satisfy an ego; otherwise, you'll never get what you want or
need. Guide your love gently and compassionately.
5. CUDDLE AFTERWARDS. You've heard this one before. But it's
important to share this time together to enjoy the intimacy
you've just experienced. It will bring you even closer.
Remember, intimacy isn't only physical, it's emotional, too.
